Vincent is a qualified legal practitioner, enrolled with the supreme court of Nigeria, with over 10 years practice post call experience in legal practice. He is majored in business, Property and corporate law practice. He practiced for five years with Bassey Inyang ,Okpo-Mfon & Associates (Liberty Chambers) and has had his services retained by several very reputable companies with visible results to show. He holds a bachelor of Laws (LL.B), a barrister at law (B.L), a masters of Laws (LLM) degree from the Rivers State University, Nigeria.
His role in monitoring, advising on legal matters, commercial contracts/ agreements, company compliance with statutory/corporate governance practice, property related matters and guidelines has been nothing short of commendable. He is presently a corporate consultant for real estate companies, travel agencies, artiste management companies, building and construction companies, and equally handles corporate registrations of all kinds and business strategies
